The overall scheme is for 13 industrial and warehouse units with ancillary offices and is developed in two phases.  The first phase has been completed; this is a block of 7 units, each with servicing and car parking areas.  The second phase will comprise a terraced block of 6 units, each with servicing and car parking areas.
