The overall scheme comprises 19 industrial and warehouse units with ancillary offices, which will be developed in three phases.  The first phase is a block of 6 units, each with servicing and car parking areas.  The second phase is a block of 8 units, which are effectively two terraces back-to-back with a shared fire escape corridor between.  These units also have dedicated servicing and car parking areas.  The final phase comprises a block of 2 units and a block of 3 terraced units, each with car parking and servicing areas.
