Phoenix Park is situated in convenient location about 6 miles to the east of Wakefield Town Centre, just off the A645, Wakefield Road.  Junction 31 of the M62 Motorway is about 3 miles to the north west.

The new units will be constructed in a combination of good quality facing brickwork and colour coated cladding.  Internally the units will provide production/warehousing facilities, with between 12 to 40% office/amenity accommodation to each unit, some on two floors.  The site will be extensively landscaped and this will provide an attractive environment for new business. 

Building works will commence on TBA, and the first completions will be available from TBA.
