Oracle Park is situated in a highly convenient location about 2 miles to the north east of Barnsley Town Centre, just off the A61 between Barnsley and Wakefield.  Junction 37 of the M1 Motorway is about 4 miles to the west.  

In excess if 90,000 sq ft (8,360 sq m) of industrial and office floor space has already been constructed and occupied since 2005.

The new units will be constructed in a combination of good quality facing brickwork and colour coated cladding.  Internally the Units 1-15 will provide production/warehousing facilities with between 20 to 30% office/amenity accommodation to each unit some on two floors.  Unit 16 will also provide production/warehouse facilities with about 14% office/amenity accommodation on two floors; externally it will have its own dedicated service yard and car parking.  The site will be extensively landscaped which, will provide an attractive environment for new businesses. 

Building works will commence on TBA, and the first completions will be available from TBA.
