The overall scheme is for 13 industrial and warehouse units with ancillary offices on a site of about 4.1 acres (1.67 hectares).  Venus Park will be developed in two phases.  The first phase is for 9 units in three separate blocks, comprising a terrace of 5 units and 4 units in 2 semi-detached blocks, Units 1-9.  The second phase will comprise a terrace of 3 units and one detached self contained unit, Units 10-13.
